• *Early Bird Discount: A 5% discount on both the Full Course and the Bridging course is available when registrations and payments in full are made at least two full weeks before commencement of the relevant course.
• Government discount: We offer a 10% discount for all Australian Government Clients
• Volume Discount: A 5% discount on both the Full Course and the Bridging course is available to organisations registering 3 or more students on the one course event
• *Volume Discount: A 15% discount on both the Full Course and the Bridging course is available to organisations registering 15 or more students on the one course event
*NOTE: ALL Tax Invoices issued prior to payment being received will be at the FULL course rate less any volume discount. A Tax Invoice including Early Bird discount will only be issued AFTER payment has been received within the Early Bird timeframe.
*Accredited Training provider discount: Our courses are accredited with the Open Group. This means that we offer students a substantial discount on your certification exam fees. Other non-accredited providers do not offer this discount. Therefore all courses and exams done through us will receive a 50% discount on Level 1 and Level 2 certification exams and a 40% discount on the bridging exam.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund will be given minus a $50 administrative fee up until 7 days prior to course. Any name changes for attending registrants (required after initial registration) will attract a $50 administration fee.
