  *  The discounted early bird course fee must be paid in full (inc. GST) at least 2
weeks before the course commencement, or the full course fee must be paid in full
(inc. GST) prior to the first day of the training.
  *  The TOGAF certification fee must be paid in full prior to the first day of the
training course.
  *  The TOGAF 9 Book fee must be paid prior to accepting the book.
  *  Courses will only run if the minimum number of candidates have registered.
If a course is cancelled, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
